They were so incredibly kind, sweet, and welcoming, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing a great job. My glasses look and feel perfect again! I’m so impressed with the service and how quickly they helped me. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs sunglasses repaired! 💕🕶️

She helped me with an adjustment on my glasses and provided a genuinely high level of service from start to finish. She made me feel extremely welcomed the moment I walked in, and it was clear she's an expert when it comes to lenses. Not only was she really knowledgeable, but she took the time to make sure everything was fitted correctly. The store itself is also worth mentioning. They carry brands like Chrome Hearts, T Henri and Cartier, so there's a great selection if you're into more elevated eyewear. Highly recommend asking for Sherri or Amanda if you stop in.

My wife’s Miu Miu glasses were less than six months old and had a known issue that many other customers have also mentioned in online reviews. Unfortunately, neither the Bloomingdale’s nor Miu Miu was willing to help. Amanda went above and beyond. She took the time to fix the glasses and her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help completely exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. Thank you, Amanda, for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. I highly recommend Optica because of you!
