  I bought some sunglasses here about 8 years ago and every other year or two I come in to get something tweaked or the lenses replaced. I’ve dropped these in the ocean while pushing my daughter into waves and stepped on them at the bottom of the ocean went down to get them. These things will never die. Every time I come in, the lady that’s the manager there, is extremely helpful and friendly. Yes they are expensive, but it’s worth it!!!

  Unwelcoming and disappointing service. I tried on one pair of sunglasses and was immediately told by staff to set them aside for cleaning, before any greeting or offer to help. The interaction felt cold and off-putting. I have never experienced this at other eyewear stores. I left immediately and won’t be returning. A luxury store should know how to make customers feel welcome.

  I always enjoy shopping at this store because the selection is consistently excellent and makes it easy to find exactly what I’m looking for. Eileen, the manager, provides outstanding customer service as always and truly goes above and beyond to make the experience pleasant and stress-free. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and never makes the process feel rushed. The store is well organized and welcoming, which makes browsing and trying on frames enjoyable. Every visit leaves me pleased and confident that I chose the right place for my eyewear needs.
