  Stopped by the store today and honestly couldn’t decide which sunglasses suited me best. Eileen was amazing, she took the time to help me try different pairs and found the absolute perfect ones. Exactly what I was looking for. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you so much, Eileen!

  I had a great experience from start to finish. My glasses are beautiful. The customer service was amazing! Thank you Rusty for helping me find the perfect pair. The lenses are SO clear. Rusty, you are such a kind and knowledgeable person. Thank you Diana for the ease of picking up my glasses when they were ready. You were just as kind. I highly recommend Oliver Peoples in Costa Mesa…you won’t regret it.

  Do NOT BUY!! Beware they only give you 5 days to exchange or return for store credit only. Buy online and you’ll get 45 days to return for full return to original payment. What an insane policy!

  I bought some sunglasses here about 8 years ago and every other year or two I come in to get something tweaked or the lenses replaced. I’ve dropped these in the ocean while pushing my daughter into waves and stepped on them at the bottom of the ocean went down to get them. These things will never die. Every time I come in, the lady that’s the manager there, is extremely helpful and friendly. Yes they are expensive, but it’s worth it!!!

  Unwelcoming and disappointing service. I tried on one pair of sunglasses and was immediately told by staff to set them aside for cleaning, before any greeting or offer to help. The interaction felt cold and off-putting. I have never experienced this at other eyewear stores. I left immediately and won’t be returning. A luxury store should know how to make customers feel welcome.
