- AAAlly AdagioAug 13, 20265.0Carolina is phenomenal!! talk about getting into a genuine flow state! this was theee best Y2 class i have ever taken! there was sooo much creativity between the regular set poses that it made me forget i was taking a yoga class! if i could take the same class every day it would be that one on repeat! puuuuure magic!

The options they offer are nothing but phenomenal. I am so grateful I found them because not only have they created fitness for myself, but they also helped me find peace and happiness. Working out on my mat at CorePower is my one happy place. If my body could handle it, I would be there every single day. I promise you will not regret it if you go!

My fiancé attended the 6:30 p.m. class with Adrianna, and afterward she approached him while he was alone and started a personal conversation, asking if he enjoyed her class and discussing how she stopped teaching in Newport because it was too far for her. While this may have seemed harmless, it felt uncomfortable and crossed a professional boundary from my perspective. Instructors should be mindful of interactions with clients and maintain a level of professionalism that makes everyone feel respected and comfortable.
