  I’ve been coming here for two years, and it's my favorite LensCrafters location because of the people. Dr. Chi Chang is very kind, patient, and takes his time to answer all questions. He is truly a great human being! The whole office has a wonderful community vibe—I even got to witness them celebrating their receptionist, Austin, getting into graduate school for optometry. Such a sweet, supportive team! Congrats again future Dr. Austin!

  Absolutely great experience at LensCrafters in South Coast Plaza. The team was welcoming, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. They made the process easy, answered all my questions, and helped me find the right frames without making me feel rushed or pressured. The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection of eyewear. I really appreciated the level of customer service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for glasses, sunglasses, or an eye exam. Great service and a smooth experience overall.
