I picked out a pair of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses. He was extremely patient with me and we picked out two perfect pairs of glasses. Citlolli was the Team Leader who came in to finish up the paperwork. She was very friendly and professional also. We chatted about our pets and I felt like we were friends! Thank you Lens Crafters staff for making me feel welcome!!

Before leaving work I looked up their hours on their website, which said they were open until 6:30pm. I showed up at 5:58pm and their doors were already locked. As I went back to my car, the employees left the building. I asked them what time they closed and they said 6pm - doors were locked before 6pm. I stated your website states 6:30, to which they said that are our holiday hours. I rechecked their website again and it clearly said open until 6:30pm today and says nothing about holiday hours. Drove 30 miles to be to their store before closing.
