  We got hearing aids for my dad through his insurance and were assigned to this office, but unfortunately the follow up care has been very disappointing. Communication has been poor from the beginning. Our follow up appointments were canceled multiple times, and then we couldn’t get another appointment for nearly three months. We also need to have the two hearing aids connected, but despite multiple attempts to reach the office, no one has helped us. Now we’ve been calling for the past two days to schedule an appointment, and no one answers the phone or returns our calls. It’s frustrating because follow up care is an essential part of hearing aid treatment. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was friendly during our visits.

  AMAZING !! AMAZING !!! AMAZING 💫💫💫💫💫 The quality of the service that I received from AudioNova - Corona was nothing less than STELLAR…. Jeff was the kindest… Sweetest …. Warmest Person that exists. My mom is 85 years old and was diagnosed with dementia and now has loss of hearing. This was her first visit to AudioNova… Jeff was so warm and caring …. It made me want to cry, he showed genuine empathy and care for my mom. AudioNova really cares about their patients … and it shows in everything they do from start to finish. Jeff explained each and every step of what was going to happen, When the test was over he explained EVERYTHING in great detail. AudioNova will to go or take of you and your loved ones. You will receive EXCELLENT SERVICE ….. I promise …. YOU will not leave disappointed…. You will be well taken care of and all Of your concerns will be addressed… JEFF I so 💜 you, and you are greatly appreciated.

  Can't say enough great things about this business. First, Nguyen Tran is knowledgeable, patient, friendly and thorough. He goes out of his way to help, test, and work with you to solve your hearing problems. Then, the Phonak hearing aids he sold my husband are exceptional and highly customizable. My husband can hear SO MUCH better than he has for all the many years of wearing any other aids. Can't thank Dr Tran enough!

  Connect hearing is great l, Liz answers the on the first ring. My hearing aids are amazing i can even connect to my phone. I can't believe IEHP pays for these I am so greatful to connect hearing Nguyen ajs Liz

  Yoly and wyn are the best team ever!!!! I feel happy with wyn! Excellent work with wyn and attencion and yoly nakes ne feel like she is my therapist i love them both.
