  I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the Sun Valley, Concord store. Eli was the employee that helped me. Thank you, Lens Crafters, for hiring and traing great people. I was impressed. I will be back!

  Unfortunately i can’t give negative stars. Bought glasses for my dad that took 3 weeks to get delivered while they promised 1 week max. Then the glasses arrived and they were the wrong prescription, I took it back in for a review and they admitted to have it done wrong and would fix the prescription within 10 days… 32 days later the glasses were done and guess what? Wrong prescription again. I called in and this woman named Sharon with being the most rude human being on earth picks ups the phone and tells me that there is nothing I can do and If I wanted to fix the glasses again it would need to be out of pocket. How can a person that is an employee defend a company that can fire them at any second and replace like nothing has ever happened over another person who is clearly getting robbed. Completely Insane.

  Erina was wonderful! I have been to 6 Lenscrafters stores throughout the Bay Area and no one was able to assist with a certain frame that I Was trying to get ordered. Erina thought outside of the box and tried many ways to assist with me getting this specific frame. Overall, Erina and her team’s customer service was tremendous and meant so much as I was able to order the frame that I have been looking high and low for. Thank you Lenscrafters Concord!!

  You have to see ricka and JOHN , absolutely amazing customer service they helped me with my every need. They were super sweet and very professional. The professionalism was definitely more than a five star rate. 10 stars !!!!

  I recently found myself in a predicament when I accidentally sat on my eyeglasses, causing them to bend quite severely. As I entered LensCrafters, I was bracing myself for the worst. However, to my surprise, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff. They informed me that Jon, their renowned optician, was the “glass whisperer” and could fix any problem. Despite my concerns about the condition of my glasses, I decided to take a chance and let Jon have a go. To my amazement, Jon arrived later and, with remarkable skill, managed to fix my eyeglasses. I was initially worried that the damage was irreparable, but Jon went above and beyond to ensure that my glasses were restored to their former glory. The entire staff at LensCrafters displayed exceptional professionalism and helpfulness throughout the process. I highly recommend LensCrafters for all your eye care needs. Their long-standing reputation is well-deserved, as they offer competitive prices and exceptional service.
