Love Clayton Club Pilates. Great way to stretch out your body after a day at work. Love to start my early morning or end my evening at a class.

They keep cancelling classes here the day before because they can’t find subs, and the front desk is rarely staffed when I’m there.

If you're looking to make a positive change in your life go see Bella at club pilates. This girl has got the moves to push you into better shape. She focuses on your body, and spirit, making sure you thank yourself for being consistent. Each work out is unique, low impact but fierce. Focusing on building body movement over time. You'll thank yourself for starting a new obsession and making friends along the way.
