  I went here because it was the only UC open close on a Sunday. I paid my copay and went back to be seen. Wait wasn't bad. However AFTER paying my copay, they told me I have to pay for the entire procedure as my deductible hadn't been met by insurance and refused to provide care without me paying first. I have insurance for a reason, bill them, I pay them. They assured me that my visit would be sent to insurance, and it wasn't so I'd get credit towards my deductible. Do your job, don't prey on people when they are vulnerable and need medical assistance. I have family, friends, and neighbors in the medical field. VERY unprofessional and no UC has EVER asked me to pay for service prior to rendering it, especially after collecting a copay.

  I went in for an ear infection. I had paperwork filled out by 9:30AM and left the office by 10AM. The doctor was kind and efficient. I am grateful for this service.

  After having entered patient information online, I was seen by the NP quite quickly. Rajdeep answered all my questions patiently and considered all possible test. She was attentive and kind.

  This is the best urgent care facility in all of Fresno and Clovis. The doctor was wonderful that staff was wonderful. It is a clean environment and very efficiently run. This is my go to place. They have never messed up a diagnosis and knew exactly what my prescription was if I needed it and if I didn’t, I always felt safe walking out the door. Five stars over and over again. Thank you Dr Rajdeep your the best!

  Staff were friendly, but I felt unheard and my concerns were dismissed. It was upsetting because the NP took my urinalysis and based my reason for being there off of that. I came for excruciating low back pain and was brushed off as UTI related even when explained that the very spot is where I have past known injury. I did not come there for antibiotics I came for back issues. Could there be another underlying issue such as a uti? Possibly, but I was there for the pain I felt after I felt a pop in my back when I bent over. I explained I have L5-S1 spondylithesis but was brushed off. I went here because the VA recommended it. My injury was chronic from when I was deployed to Afghanistan.She was in the room for literally 3 mins. She touched my back and said “you have an infection in your urine.” Prescribed me antibiotics. I felt unseen and ended up crying in the car. I was hoping for someone to actually assess me. I can’t even walk without hunching from pain.
