  I was treated for a severe back spasms. NP Rajdeep did a great job taking care of me. Would go there for any urgent issues.

  I question the authenticity of the positive reviews for this urgent care. My experience during a single visit was extremely disappointing and involved multiple serious mistakes. First, the provider spent about one minute examining my son’s ears and nose before diagnosing him with a sinus infection and prescribing an antibiotic. As a pharmacist, I know that many sinus infections are viral, and antibiotics are often unnecessary unless there is clear evidence of a bacterial infection. The evaluation felt rushed and incomplete. Second, after I specifically informed the provider that my son has a penicillin allergy, he still prescribed amoxicillin, which is a penicillin antibiotic. This is a serious medication safety concern that could have had dangerous consequences. Third, I clearly requested that the prescription be sent to Costco Pharmacy, but it was sent to Walgreens instead, creating unnecessary inconvenience. Finally, I was initially charged $200. After I had already left, the clinic called me and asked me to return because they had made a billing mistake and needed to change the charge to $150. While I appreciate that they corrected the amount, this added to the overall impression of poor organization and lack of attention to detail. Based on my experience, I have little confidence in the quality of care provided at this facility and will not be returning. I hope the clinic takes these concerns seriously and improves its standards for patient safety, communication, and professionalism.

  What a perfect appointment! No one was in the waiting room, the counter people were efficient and kind. I got right in to see the doctor and she helped me right away, and got me the medicine I needed.

  I went on a Sunday and went here based on reviews. I completed paperwork online while at home and waited for a response re: co payment. I decided to drive over there, thinking maybe on my way, I would receive a text. Nothing. So I went inside and was told they needed more information re: insurance. Ironed it out and paid. Brought my daughter inside to wait. And WE WAITED AND WAITED. Finally got a room and waited another hour to be seen. I heard another patient come out from their room asking how much longer. My daughter felt like she was going to get sick. I went to look for someone to ask for a bag but all of the MA's were behind the wall in the corner talking. So my daughter got sick in the trash can. The PA Sandra was nice however without an ultrasound they couldn't provide an accurate diagnoses. I ended up taking my daughter to Valley Children's. Wait time was much less there. No longer than 5 mins. I feel like I paid $165 at this urgent care for nothing to be honest. Like I said maybe because it was a Sunday morning, IDK. I wont return.
