I started at this gym about three months ago, and I’ve been really impressed with how clean and well-maintained it is. I signed up for personal training and was matched with Coach Rico. After just over a month of training with him, I already feel a huge difference.
I’ve gotten much stronger, my endurance has improved significantly, and I just feel healthier overall. Coach Rico pushes me to my limits every session while making sure I maintain proper form. He clearly knows what he’s doing and keeps every workout fresh by mixing in different exercises, so we’re constantly targeting different muscle groups and never doing the same routine over and over.
If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, motivating trainer who genuinely wants to help you reach your goals, I highly recommend Coach Rico!
No frills gym everyone's here to get some workout.
I’ve worked with Coach Rico three times, and he does an excellent job explaining each exercise and its purpose. He’s not afraid to push you beyond your comfort zone, and that’s exactly the kind of coach I appreciate.
He’s very personable and creates an environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported. He works well with both men and women, and I’m sure his clients enjoy training with him as much as I do. I highly recommend Coach Rico to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, motivating, and encouraging trainer.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at the UFC Gym in the City of Industry, especially with Alberto Aguilar, the cancellations manager. After realizing the gym didn’t meet my standards, I emailed the cancellation team at least three times, but they claimed no record. I went in person, was told to provide my original email, which I did, yet they still haven’t canceled my membership. They’ve charged me over $200 since. I’ve called multiple times, leaving messages for the general manager and Alberto Aguilar to call me back, at least five times, yet no one has contacted me. The lack of follow-through and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this gym at all.

When I found that I had to leave the city for over 2 weeks for work 2 days after I signed up, i decided to go ahead and cancel the membership. Simply because it wouldn’t be the best financial decision to freeze it and still have to pay for the $60 annual fee while I’m gone. But when I went in, this guy called Alberto was trying to be smart and asking questions like: “so you think working out once every 6 months and get it out of your system is good enough huh?” Like I do this to take advantage of gyms. I didn’t wanna respond to him so I just ignored his bs. He then said: “looks like you’ve read the contact very carefully huh”. By California law, clients can legally cancel memberships disregard the reasons within 5 days after signing up. He didn’t even have me sign anything. When I asked for a proof of cancellation, I was told UFC gym doesn’t provide anything like that. I didn’t wanna be wrongfully charged and having to deal with that bs in the future. so I emailed the store manager for proof of cancellation, I was told I was supposed to get a cancellation right when I canceled and sent me a proof of cancellation right the way. Stop trying to be smart. UFC gym? Come on, be professional.
