  When it first opened several years ago, this was a great place to work out. Now, there are people who don't re-rack weights, people who leave their bags in the middle of the floor instead of putting it in a locker, just overall PEOPLE being trash. Avoid this place if you can. Oh not to mention the too loud music being played. I don't want to hear UFC house music, I want to work out to my own.

  Good gym , been going for about a year now. Recently had an issue with my membership I worked out on the 29th ,30th ,31 , 1 I was never told my bill was due not one time when I scanned in once I got there in the 2nd to work out they told me my membership was past dude I said ok I’ll pay for it , the guy at the front was ready to take my payment right away and I I asked how much am I paying , he states it’s $125 , he was going to charge me that without every letting me know how that I was paying that much , I know I owe for my monthly which is $30 and the annual fee which is $50, I guess I accumulated late fees, but why would they wait for my membership to be late and then tell me I owe so they can charge me for the late fees and make commission off of it. No help at all

  Awesome gym, very friendly staff very knowledgeable , very clean always Love the amenities a lot to offer. I especially wanna give out a shout out to Ty to one of the coaches always happy always ready to help. I cannot recommend this gym enough easy to park as well not overcrowded. Keep up the good work guys.

  Let’s admit it. Working out isn’t always fun but coming to City of Industry UFC Gym is a great experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about helping members. The facility is consistently clean, well-organized, and has an excellent recovery room that has become one of my favorite amenities. A special shout-out to Alberto, who always goes above and beyond. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help with a positive attitude. No matter what I need, he’s there to make sure I have a great experience. Employees like Alberto truly make a difference and are a big reason I enjoy coming here. I highly recommend UFC Gym to anyone looking for a clean, well-run gym with an outstanding team.

  I started at this gym about three months ago, and I’ve been really impressed with how clean and well-maintained it is. I signed up for personal training and was matched with Coach Rico. After just over a month of training with him, I already feel a huge difference. I’ve gotten much stronger, my endurance has improved significantly, and I just feel healthier overall. Coach Rico pushes me to my limits every session while making sure I maintain proper form. He clearly knows what he’s doing and keeps every workout fresh by mixing in different exercises, so we’re constantly targeting different muscle groups and never doing the same routine over and over. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, motivating trainer who genuinely wants to help you reach your goals, I highly recommend Coach Rico!
