  Mario was excellent at helping both myself and my daughter with selecting eyeglasses. It was a delightful experience and would recommend others to have an exam buy eye glasses here.

  I had an appointment for me and my 14 year old at the lens Crafters in the Otay Ranch mall (Chula Vista, Ca 91915. The lady at the counter that greeted looked us up and in a frustrated way said “You didn’t fill out the forms online so this is going to take a while to fill out the forms.” It took no longer than 2 minutes to fill them out.” We were called in to do some pre screening test by Lauren (tall with glasses). She was friendly and professional, however she was not able to finish the screening not sure why but she had another rep named Lauren ( shorter no glasses) as well. She was super friendly but had trouble working the devices and seemed new. The doctor was great, no complaints. After the exam we walked over to a different representative not sure what her name was but she sat us down then told a co worker that she forgot to tell a co-worker about cake in the back room so she ran outside the building to catch her co worker. She did not excuse herself before leaving. So she comes back in grabs the cake and the girl taking the cake is venting about having car trouble. No one said sorry about that. The rep just sat back down frustrated “Fuchi” face went over the cost of everything. I decided to only purchase lenses for me but purchased frames and lenses for my daughter close to $500 overall. I should also mention that when we were offered the protection plan which declined, we asked if the lenses or frames had any warranties, the girl was not able to answer the question and stumbled when trying to explain warranties and protection plans so me and the wife just decided not to any more warranty question. The girl said the glasses would be ready by the end of the day and that we would receive a call. We never received a call and decided to stop by but by that point the Otay Ranch location was closed already so my 14 year old was disappointed because she was looking forward to wearing her frames to school the next day. I am usually helped by Mario who is extremely professional and provides a genuine shopping experience. I will call and speak with the manager later today to vent my frustration.
