  This was my first time at a lenscrafters and I was amazed on how great the customer service was. Mario helped me out and made sure I found the perfect pair of glasses for myself. I felt welcome throughout the entire process and hassle-free. If you are planning to come here, ask for Mario!

  Mario assisted me, and what I really appreciated was that he recognized I was an avid glasses guy and let me hunt on my own without bothering me. When I had questions for him he was knowledgeable and helpful. My glasses were ready in less than a week and when I picked them up, I was extremely happy with the transitions lenses that he had recommended. I initially wanted to do a different color, but he Recommended I go darker and I’m glad he did! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommended!

  I am writing to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my walk-in visit late afternoon. I was welcomed by Jazmine, who assisted me in selecting new frames. She curated an excellent selection for me to consider, and her professional insight was invaluable; the pair I ultimately chose was the one she recommended as the most flattering for my face shape and personal style. Furthermore, I truly appreciated her patience while explaining the various lens quality options and transition color variations. I was so impressed with her assistance that I decided at the last minute to order an additional pair—the same frames she was wearing. During my visit, I was also offered a deep cleaning for my current glasses. I was not previously aware that LensCrafters provided this service, and it was a very thoughtful addition to my experience. Above all, I thoroughly enjoyed our pleasant conversation throughout the process. Jazmine provided superb customer service, and I would like to thank you for such a wonderful experience.

  I returned progressive glasses about two weeks after purchase because I was dissatisfied with the frames and lenses. LensCrafters advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, so I expected a straightforward return. Instead, I was first told I would have to come back the following week. After I insisted, I was told I could return in 30 minutes, but only after being seen by a LensCrafters optometrist. After waiting, I explained there was no prescription or medical issue. I simply wanted to return the glasses under the guarantee. The refund was eventually processed, and I also raised the concern with Assistant Manager Alex Garcia. The issue is not the refund itself, but the unnecessary delay, inconsistent information, and extra step required to receive it. This experience wasted my time and made me lose confidence in this location. I would not return or recommend this store.
