Unprofessional staff and they act like there time is more important than the patient . If your late for you appointment by 10 mins they get mad but want to make you wait and HOUR or more for them in the waiting room. What's the point of an appointment then ? None of my family member will be going back to this dirty place again .

First time there, my Great Grandson got Mono because the older nurse doesn't change her gloves.
Today, we arrived for our 1:50 appointment and they canceled the appointment. Just the day before, they called to confirm the appointment. If I had cancelled without notice, they would have charged me $50.
Dentist might be okay, but her staff are the worst. No regard for the customer's time and inconvenience. Unless you cannot find another Medical dentist, I would not recommend this office.
