First time there and from the minute you walk in, everyone is super kind, make you feel welcomed and then once you get to the back they're friendly and they don't mind explaining things to you on what you'll be getting or what they'll be doing. Overall I highly recommend if you want to go to a place where they see you as an actual person and not just another scheduled appointment in their system.

It is very difficult for me to take pictures of my teeth because it makes me feel like gagging. However, the person who helped me was very patient with me and made everything much easier. From the moment you walk into the office, everyone greets you very kindly. The person who did my dental cleaning was also very gentle, and I barely felt anything. Dr. Derek Lichter was very kind as well, and he explained the procedure that will need to be done during my next appointments. Overall, I had a very positive experience and felt comfortable and well cared for.

Dr Lichter assured me that his staff will contact my oral surgeon to get all the info he needs to finish the implant. Dr Lichter and his staff are amazing.
