Pros: Good community of members, good variety of instructors (see tip*), easy to sign up for classes if you have an unlimited membership and book your maximum in advance. Plenty of parking. Chances are good that you'll get into class if you're on the waitlist. Instructors are all properly certified CP instructors. Tip: IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ADVANCED CLASSES UNTIL YOU ASK AN INSTRUCTOR IF YOU ARE READY TO ADVANCE. YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF FRUSTRATION AND EMBARRASSMENT (it is also not fair to the instructors or to the others in class when you cannot follow along or do the movements properly). Elsa is the best and a real professional, especially if you’re a beginner. Her cues are very detailed, and she has your best interest and safety in mind always. If you’re just starting out, start with Elsa’s classes as you will learn a lot about proper form and technique and be sure to listen to her cues! *Instructors vary significantly; a 1.5 can feel like a 1.0 or 2.0 (and vice versa) so you have to find instructors that fit and meet your needs. Cons: Management/owner non-existent or present compared to other studios. Other studio management are more engaging with their members. Equipment is not maintained very well (balls are under or over inflated, popular weights are tattered). All classes are multi-Ievel. If you are advanced there will be brand new members in the same class who cannot keep up or don’t understand the basic cues and positions. Other studios require approval to advance from 1.0 to 1.5 to 2.0. This studio does not turn anyone away from an advanced class. Booking classes can be difficult if you don't have an unlimited membership. CP was great when it was still owned by the original founder and before Pilates became trendy. It has gone significantly downhill when it was bought by a corporate fitness conglomerate. That being said, experience varies from each studio as they are all franchised.

I love this studio! I’ve been to 3 other studios in California and this is by far my favorite! If you like reformer Pilates and you live nearby, I highly recommend checking it out! It’s super clean, well-kept, very conveniently located within the mall with ample parking, and the instructors are great! Elsa, in particular, is a standout teacher- she has tons of experience, she is so knowledgeable, and she always leads an amazing workout! Bonus, if you go to class on Tuesdays, there’s a farmer’s market at the mall in the afternoon/evenings.

Do not sign up for this place or membership. They do not call you back at all. I signed up for a free class for only 30 minutes I wasted my time and the instructor told us they would call us but I have not heard from them
