  We have visited this dental clinic three times now, and every visit has been an excellent experience. I am very satisfied with the quality of care, professionalism, and attention we have received. The clinic is extremely clean, organized, and punctual with appointments. I especially appreciate the patience, gentleness, and kindness they show when working with children. During the procedure, my son stays completely calm and relaxed; he can even watch the TV on the ceiling, which makes the whole experience much more comfortable for him. I am also very grateful that whenever we have had an urgent situation, they have done their best to give us an appointment as quickly as possible. Knowing that you can count on them when your child needs dental care, and that they will make every effort to find a time for you, is truly reassuring. Ya hemos visitado esta clínica dental en tres ocasiones y siempre hemos tenido una excelente experiencia. Estoy muy satisfecha con la atención, el profesionalismo y la calidad de su trabajo. La clínica es muy limpia, organizada y puntual con las citas. Valoro mucho la paciencia, delicadeza y cariño con los que atienden a los niños. Durante el procedimiento, mi hijo se mantiene completamente tranquilo y relajado; incluso puede ver la televisión en el techo, lo que hace que la experiencia sea mucho más cómoda para él. También agradezco muchísimo que, cuando hemos tenido una situación urgente, hayan hecho todo lo posible por darnos una cita rápidamente. Saber que, cuando un hijo necesita atención dental, se puede contar con ellos y que hacen todo lo posible por encontrar un espacio da muchísima tranquilidad. Después de tres visitas, puedo recomendarlos con toda confianza. Son profesionales, atentos, puntuales y tienen una excelente manera de trabajar con los niños. ¡Totalmente recomendados!

  Looking for a dentist for my almost 3 year was becoming stressful. I was in search for a place that would be comforting and fun for him as I know the dentist can be very intimidating. My first impression based off my initial phone call with Salvador was great, he was extremely helpful and informative. He answered all my questions which I greatly appreciated. Then upon arrival Jocelyn and Mya were very friendly, welcoming to not just our son but us as well. It gave me confidence that they are comfortable around children and parents. Dr. Regina was the one who seen my son and she was very patient with him. Very thorough and informative. Had great advice and made us feel heard with any concerns or questions we had. I’ve seen a lot of great reviews for the Otay Lakes location and I’m happy we’ve come across this location. Look forward to future visits. This kind of care is greatly appreciated.

  We’ve been bringing our kids here for years, and Dr. Regina is amazing! My daughter felt so comfortable with her during her procedure today. The entire staff is so sweet & caring. We always have the best experience. Highly recommend Children’s Primary Dental!
