  I love coming here. Been coming here for many years. First off, Dr. Karen Sun Aleta is amazing. She is thorough, provides so much important info, doesn't rush through appts and really listens. She is very patient! Then Katelynn was a big help while helping me pick out new glasses (2 new pairs) and helped me with the pricing of everything and was also very patient and understanding!

  When you get treated poorly and ripped off, and leave a review, they send you a link. They then IGNORE ALL SUBMISSIONS TO THAT LINK. You better HOPE you have no issues at this location because if you get scammed like me no one will care or investigate

  Came here to get my eye check and had a great experience. Camille was especially helpful, very informative, and took the time to help me with my new glasses. Really appreciated the great customer service!

  My experience during the sales process was good. But only 4 months after getting the glasses, despite being scratch resistant (like all previous pairs I bought at other locations were) it pretty much immediately became scratched from normal use. I have never had this happen to a pair before. When I went in about this on April 14th I was spoken down to by the woman working there. She kept saying "you do understand scratch resistant isn't scratch proof right?" And saying I was past my 90 days so she could not help me. By the way-- found out my "90 day warranty" starts day of purchase. It took 20 days to receive my glasses so it's really not a 90 day guarantee is it? Since I was 20 days out of the satisfaction guaranteed date (based on the date I received the glasses) I hoped they could do something but the woman refused. I asked to speak to the manager but she was in "training". I had been there 30 min at this point and had used my lunch break for this so I kept waiting. Maybe 20 minutes of waiting and the manager was still in training. I ask the associate when will she be out? The manager decides to acknowledge me now and looks up and says "hours" and goes back to her call. The associate keeps trying to get me out and says "the manager will call you later". I said if she can help she'll need my glasses so I'd have to drive back. Associate says "she won't need your glasses to fix them". Ok. I am very frustrated and ask, is there a number I can call to speak with someone else who can help. Finally now the manager decides to help. She says to the woman on the phone, "sorry I have to go, you know how customers are" right in front of my face! We go back and forth for a while and she's very rude and dismissive just like her associate. Finally she "helps" me by letting me purchase an insurance policy and pay another fee for fixing them.. 60 dollars later, over half the cost of the glasses to begin with, and finally they agree to help. Obviously she needed my glasses to send off 🙄 I have never been treated so disrespectfully--horrible dismissive treatment and sub par glasses. I will never go to a chain optometrist again. Suddenly my glasses color is the least important thing because I'd rather have plain black glasses than be treated like garbage. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! THEY ARE ONLY NICE WHEN TAKING YOUR MONEY THE FIRST TIME!!! HORRIBLE RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!
