- DZDiana ZhangJun 18, 20261.0I am filing a complaint regarding the office manager’s decision to charge me for my massage appointment after I had to cancel due to a last-minute emergency. I received a call from my daughter’s school that she was sick, and I immediately contacted the office before my appointment time to cancel. Despite the circumstances, the office would not make an exception and still charged me for the appointment. I was also disappointed by the office manager’s response, which felt cold and unempathetic. She told me that I could bring my sick daughter in with my appointment which was extremely rude. I have been a long-time customer and am enrolled in the monthly auto-pay plan, so I do not feel this is an acceptable way to treat a loyal client. I would appreciate a review of this charge and the office’s cancellation policy in situations involving emergencies.

I’m healthy and I eat very clean so saying I was scared beyond belief is a complete understatement. I woke up and could not move. I was seen by Dr. Martin himself. He worked his magic and I felt instant relief. I walked out of there on my own 2 feet, unassisted. I could hardly believe it. My husband and children now go there too. I recommend this practice to everyone.
