Fairway Children's Medical Group now serves Chino families with the same trusted pediatric care we have provided for over 30 years, with a special focus on newborns and new parents. Led by Dr. Eva Chan and Dr. Jackyln Chan (MD, FAAP) and team, and recently named a Top Performing Pediatrician by L.A. Care, we care for children from newborn through age 21. Our Chino office offers newborn and well-baby care, vaccines, same-day sick visits, sports and school physicals, developmental and autism screening, ADHD and behavioral support, and in-office rapid testing for flu, RSV, and strep.
