Whether you’re looking for strength, agility, or flexibility and balance, we have the yoga fit classes for you. We are diligent in keeping a clean and welcoming environment. All studio practice areas are thoroughly sanitized before and after class. Please note we have a no late policy and no phones on in the practice room. We want everyone to enjoy their hour in class without distractions. We look forward to seeing you on your mat!

I did not know what to expect, as a beginner, but my instructor, Takisha, made it a wonderful first experience. The pace was perfect! I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to start their yoga journey.

My mom has talked about how sweet all of the staff and coaches are and I experienced the exact same. Everyone introduced themselves and it felt very personable, genesis was my coach for the night and her class was even more amazing than I could have expected. Thorough and perfect for someone who’s experienced or years out of practice like myself. Can’t wait for my next class!
