  Staff was Awesome and Courteous, answered my questions. Helped me adjust my first pair of glasses. Professional and happy to help. No wait time, i visited at end of the day. Optometrist were awesome, knowledgable précise with my vision needs.

  I had a great experience at LensCrafters. The team was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated their professionalism and how attentive they were. Highly recommend!

  Bought oakleys about 1.5 years ago and brought them to have them review the lenses under the 2 year warranty because the coating was causing glare. I was told there no warranty for lenses and that i bought them over 2 years ago. They couldnt pull up my receipt but luckily had my original receipt. They still wouldnt review it under warranty even thou the oakley websites specifies to take prescription lenses back to where they were purchased. The best they were able to do was direct me to the luxottica after care, which only told me to take them to where i bought it from. I went to lenscrafters ontario mills, and at least there they tried submitting the claim with me and followed up with me. Will stay away from luxottica items and especially this branch of lenscrafters.

  I had an outstanding experience at the LensCrafters in Chino Hills, CA. Ashley, the store manager, and Italo provided exactly what we used to call “the Human Touch” in customer service. As someone who spent many years in leadership at AT&T, I know the difference between simply completing a transaction and genuinely caring for the customer. They paired professionalism, product knowledge, and patience with authentic kindness, and that made all the difference. They helped fit me with two pairs of prescription RayBan glasses, including lenses for my RayBan Meta frames, and took the time to make sure everything was right. Because of my work schedule, I wasn’t always able to arrive before closing, but they stayed in communication and made the entire process smooth from beginning to end. Great products are important, but great people create great experiences. Ashley, Italo, and the entire LensCrafters team in Chino Hills exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for knowledgeable professionals who truly care about their customers, this is the place to go. Thank you both for an exceptional experience!

  We've been patients at LensCrafters Chino Hills for many years, and Dr. Kelly Trinh is simply the best! Her thoroughness, expertise, and genuine care for her patients keep us coming back. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes sure we leave with the right prescription and complete confidence in our eye health. The store itself is a pleasure to visit too. The location is super convenient. They also have a large selection of frames, so there's something to fit every style and budget. What really sets this LensCrafters apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, whether you're picking out new frames, navigating insurance questions, or just have a quick question about your glasses. They make the whole experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend Dr. Trinh and the entire team at LensCrafters Chino Hills for anyone looking for excellent eye care and a great overall experience!
