There is a lack of communication and the office staff I have encountered are unfriendly and not helpful. I recently had an appointment and they gave me a lab order (I had to pick up) on a Tuesday for an appointment for the next Monday. They informed me they were behind and I had to pick it up and get my blood work for my Monday appointment which they cancelled. I understand things come up and appointments need to be cancelled. My problem is the lack of professionalism and just having curtesy to their patients. When I called to reschedule they scheduled me two months out. Never an apology. When I asked can I see another doctor sooner they said no.

She has been caring for my mother for quite a few years and my mother recently had an acute hospitalization and was followed up by Tiffany Carlson, again. I could not have been more pleased in her attentiveness, skills and medical follow-up! She was and is very thorough! Also, her staff and her medical assistant are top notch.
