  This place used to be great. Unfortunately they have went downhill. There is a lack of communication and the office staff I have encountered are unfriendly and not helpful. I recently had an appointment and they gave me a lab order (I had to pick up) on a Tuesday for an appointment for the next Monday. They informed me they were behind and I had to pick it up and get my blood work for my Monday appointment which they cancelled. I understand things come up and appointments need to be cancelled. My problem is the lack of professionalism and just having curtesy to their patients. When I called to reschedule they scheduled me two months out. Never an apology. When I asked can I see another doctor sooner they said no.

  OMG!!! I just walked out of my annual check up at Mission Ranch Primary care and saw the lovely Dr. Sameena Kahn. What lovely delightful, caring, patient , kind caregiver! An Absolute pleasure!! Her bedside manner, her kindness, her attention to detail and her communication skills are top notch!!! Well done bringing her on MRPC!!❤️ I cannot say enough good things about her!!

  My elderly mother is under the care Tiffany Carlson. I am a registered nurse and I can you from a clinical and medical standpoint this clinician is top-notch! She has been caring for my mother for quite a few years and my mother recently had an acute hospitalization and was followed up by Tiffany Carlson, again. I could not have been more pleased in her attentiveness, skills and medical follow-up! She was and is very thorough! Also, her staff and her medical assistant are top notch.

  This office deserves zero stars. Absolutely horrible customer service. Dr. Huffman does NOT care about patient needs. I’ve encountered a few issues where I was seen 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time. I requested to see my Ultrasound results and was told they would refuse releasing my results until I completed labs. I advocated for myself and doctors DO NOT like to be pulled. I would never recommend this office to anyone. DO NOT EVER go to this office. Doctors don’t care and staff are rude.

  Dr Diane Carlson is fabulous - listened to me and heard me out despite not having faith in previous doctors who had treated my autoimmune disease, respected my decision to not go back to a specialist (who wanted to order a 3rd endoscopy, and TBH I just don’t want to do unnecessary stuff like that), and helped to guide me in managing my autoimmune disease without further testing. She also squeezed me in within a week for an extra appointment because I needed documentation signed. Highly recommend for individuals who haven’t felt heard by previous providers.
