  Thank you! Thank you! After tripping and a face plant on asphalt, I was in extreme pain in multiple places. Urgent Care confirmed nothing broken and sent me on my way. Tamara not only provided me with explanation of what was happening internally based on my injuries, but also adjustments that provided immediate relief. I walked out able to move more freely and in less pain. Additional adjustments have assisted in continued healing. I highly recommend Tamara Lund!

  Posted a bad review I guess they were able to have it removed. Had no work done just a 15 minute evaluation and charged 100+$. Told me I needed more visits. For what to line your pockets. You don’t care about people! If you did you would have done more then just 15 minutes of who knows what!

  Tamara is absolutely amazing! She has been such a big help over the years in relieving my sciatic pain as well as migraines. I‘m not sure I would have made it through this pregnancy without her, she has kept my back pain under control and has shared so many tools with me to use at home!

  Been going to Tamara since she opened the doors. Mostly minor but very necessary adjustments but also some more serious problems. She always seems to have the most accurate diagnosis and how to fix it. I will not be going elsewhere until she closes the door. Highly recommended.
