  Gale you are amazingly knowledgeable and a gifted teacher on everything related to hearing. My first time EVER experience after so many different attempted venues who offer nothing but display of product and pricing. You were so thorough in every step and the last test where I could hear your voice behind me and you were down the hall!!!! You blew my mind!!! Thank you for being so personable and gracious. You have been placed on my Unforgettable’s List! I’m sharing you with all who know me!

  I had my hearing test with Gale recently and I was very impressed with her abilities. She was very thorough in explaining each step in the testing process and taught me a lot that I didn’t know before. She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed at their facility.She definitely has a gift. This is the right place to bring any hearing issues. They are also very nice ladies. Bring them your business. You won’t be sorry.

  I have been coming to this location for over 3 years and i have had no issues until my hearing test back in October. I went in for my regular appointment and James helped me. My test was fine and apparently they had to adjust my hearing volume. They made the adjustments and when they gave it back to me the right ear was not working. They could not fix the issue and i needed it back quickly because i was leaving town to visit family. They took my pair to be fixed somewhere else and said it would take only take a few days and that they would call me after 3 days. On the 5th day i called and Jackie said that it had just come in but it was still not working. I dont know why they didnt call me to tell me that. I needed my only pair back since i was traveling so they shipped it to nashville. I took it to the Nashville location and they said it cant be fixed so they made me buy brand new ones for $4000. Those still didnt have the right volume so i eventually went back to California and went to a different location in Whittier. The gentleman there Kevin not only fixed the brand new ones but also took a look at my original pair to see what the issue was. In a matter of minutes he fixed my old pair. There seemed to be no real problems with my old pair and i was told there was nothing that could be done, but Kevin fixed it in minutes. I am so upset not just because this whole thing took months, but because the company will not let me refund the pair that they made me buy. I never imagined that a little hearing adjustment issue would turn into months of hearing issues and back and forth and lies. I feel so abused and lied to and feel like they took advantage of me for more money. Months of my life i cannot get back and i feel like no one cared through the entire process. Until Kevin in Whittier. All I want now is to refund the new pair that i did not end up needing at all. The nashville location wont let me return them and cerritos stopped caring about my issues. I am so angry and i feel like ive tried to be patient, but its now may and no one still wants to help me.

  Miracle Ear in Cerritos was a very positive experience for me. German and Allison are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. German was able to assess my needs & provide the exact type of hearing device for me. The tinnitus feature was especially helpful for me. I love my hearing aids and I would highly recommend this office to anyone. It is a very pleasant experience for initial service & follow up appointments as well.
