  I believe Pilates is a wonderful place to exercise and lose weight. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The free intro class was great. However, I am unable to join at this time because I feel that I need more time to recover from knee surgery. Thank you.

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my last Pilates session. Before the class, the instructor was aware that I have ongoing neck and shoulder pain. I enrolled in a Level 1.5 class because I expected exercises that would be appropriate for my condition. However, the session included high-intensity cardio movements that were not suitable for my physical limitations. As a result of that class, my neck and shoulder pain became significantly worse. It has now been over 15 days, and I am still suffering from the pain. I have already had to seek treatment from a physical therapist, which has cost me $165 so far, and I am scheduled for a second therapy session at the end of this month due to the continued pain. I am very disappointed that my medical condition was not taken into consideration during the class, despite the instructor being aware of it. This experience has caused me physical pain, inconvenience, and unexpected medical expenses.

  Pilates of the Filippian Always looking for new ways to challenge my fitness level, I registered for an Introductory Class at Club Pilates in Cerritos. Having taken a couple Pilates classes in the pass, I wasn't a newcomer, yet still a novice. Faira was our instructor, and she was great at teaching us the various moves, and efficient with the time we had. Faira made the class feel comfortable, and the upbeat energy was contagious, during the introductory session of Pilates. I had a great time, and the class provided a great opportunity to work out different muscle groups. I highly recommend checking out Club Pilates in Cerritos, if you're in need of diversifying your exercise regimen.

  I took an intro class with Laura, I appreciated the fact that she sat with each of us individually before the class started to ask about any existing conditions or discomfort that she should be aware of, during the session she would gently correct our posture if we weren’t doing the exercise correctly. I got to meet the owner and she along with the rest of the staff were very polite and friendly. I joined

  Club Pilates Cerritos is the best place to work out!! They give you individual time even though it’s a class!! This place is amazing great prices great people great instructors!! This is the ONLY PLACE I WILL DO PILATES!! I live in Lakewood I could go to Lakewood Pilates but they don’t have what Cerritos does!! I’m proud to be a member and I always will be!!
