  This place is terrible, and I would like to save others the headache of doing business here. The full story is long, but I’ll keep it as concise as possible. I originally came in because of a severe toothache. During my first visit, I was told I needed a root canal. The procedure was performed the same day, and I paid for it in full with cash. Over the next several days, I continued experiencing the exact same pain, so I returned to the office. After another examination, they discovered the original diagnosis was incorrect. The root canal should have been performed on the tooth next to the one they treated. In other words, they performed a root canal on the wrong tooth. Once this mistake was acknowledged, the office initially expected me to pay for a second root canal to correct their error. I completely disagreed. After expressing my frustration and reminding them that I had already paid in full, they eventually waived the fee and completed the second root canal. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. They never placed a crown on the tooth after the root canal, which ultimately caused the tooth to crack beyond repair and require extraction. This could have been avoided with proper treatment and follow-up care. I have given this office multiple opportunities to resolve the situation, but they have repeatedly ignored my concerns. Because of their negligence and lack of accountability, I will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate dental board. I strongly encourage anyone considering this office to look elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend trusting them with your dental care.

  I am writing this review because this business is deserving. I have been a healthcare professional for 34 years. I pride myself on giving quality care to my patients, so I instantly recognize it whenever I see or experience it. Dr. Mina Abraham and his staff are second to none in providing consistent quality dental care in the surrounding community. In my past dental history, I have not experienced anything that closely compares to the competent caring hands at Carson Dental. I am guilty of not being proficient in taking better care of my teeth. However, when I entered their doors, the warm, friendly staff did a great job greeting and ensuring the intake process went smoothly. This was my second visit. Like my first visit, Carson Dental was helpful in all the right ways. The office is straightforward, clean, and efficient. Their new patient and intake forms are minimized, and paper forms are replaced by iPads. The Dental Assistant working with Dr. Abraham called me into his work area where the magic happens. I was impressed by Dr. Abraham: his professionalism, bedside manner, knowledge, but most importantly to me, his skill set. He is truly a rock star. One who is passionate and dedicated to ensuring a positive presence and outcome. I don't like going into any dental office. However, I love knowing the experience will be a positive difference, and I am in excellent hands. Carson Dental delivers quality care and peace of mind. I had an extraction with a bone graph and sutures on my first visit and a root canal and cap on my second visit. So If you find yourself in need of dental care or attention, Carson Dental is where you need to be. You will not be disappointed.

  Such an amazing place! Great staff who answered all of my questions and concerns. I was pretty nervous at first, but staff was super understanding and reassuring. Would definitely recommend :)

  i got a cavity cured here and they are not like other dentists where they numb the whole mouth, they only numb what they are working with so i felt no pain and so was much more comfortable i was able to eat right after with no discomfort!

  Dr. Mina is one of the best dentists out there; his work is truly excellent, and he explains every step of the process with calmness and care. The interactions are respectful, the clinic is clean, and the scheduling is well-organized. I felt completely at ease during the treatment, and the results were outstanding. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled dentist.
