I love Yoga 6 classes. Channing's guidance, soft spoken voice throughout the entire session was concise, enjoyable and professional. The entire music playlist was soothing and kept the rhythm flowing with each movement and poses. Channing playing a flute towards the end of hot yoga was the perfect calming closure.

Such a great class with Anthony! His guitar and singing at the end is beautiful. Perfect way to end the evening 💗✨

Great place! Instructors are all super nice and helpful. Very beginner friendly but still challenging for veterans. I LOVE the power flow class especially with Liv! Instructors are also very unique in their teaching styles and class direction, every class I learn something new!

Yoga Six Bressi Ranch has a great mix of classes. Depending on my mood and what my body needs I can find a class to relax and stretch or a class that pushes me to build strength and balance. Two years in and I still feel motivated and proud that my practice keeps growing.
