  Intense hot yoga—I walked out absolutely buzzing with energy, and the instructor was top-notch. It’s not really for beginners like me, but I really enjoyed it.

  I was visiting my daughter from Los Angeles and she wanted me to join her for yoga. I am a Pilates girl but have taken yoga before. I was extremely pleased with the instructor, her teaching, the facility and to take the class with my daughter. Not to mention the super handsome man who was next to me. The class renewed my wanting to do yoga again and I've signed up at my club in LA. I will be sure to visit yoga six again when I'm in Encinitas!

  I’ve taken yoga across the world, raced Kenyans in a marathon in a safari, had espresso in every corner of Italy, but yet my yoga experience with Paige in Carlsbad, California, right here in this studio, rivals any spiritual and meditative bliss I’ve been able to achieve. Her personality brings warmth into any room, and she meets yoga practicers where they are. Can’t wait to grow my practice here and continue on my own personal journey.

  I signed up for the paid intro week at YogaSix Bressi Ranch, but the website crashed during signup. I was charged and then couldn’t access my account for several days, which cut into the week I paid for. Once I finally got in, I took two classes and was disappointed with the overall experience. The facility felt run down, the floor was peeling, and there were no showers despite it being a hot yoga studio. When I explained that I had lost part of my trial due to their tech issue, I was told there would be no exceptions. Between the account problem, the lack of flexibility, and the class experience itself, I would not return.
