  I drove down from Sacramento for a trip; my lower back and trapezius muscle flaired up. Heather invited me to a Restorative class which was meh, but the Mobility Class was FANTASTIC! She was so attentive and my joints/muscles needed it. If I move here, I will sign up for this reason. Also not for the “faint at heart” but Thursday evening Hot Yoga was great, wish openminded hospitals and PT’s would give perscriptions for this even if clients need to scale back. Will be returning- Daniel

  Mobility + heated yogi stretch WOW that was PERFECT. Great for any level/mobility as a strength trainer I HIGHLY recommend this to all my athletes that strength train. Make this part of your weekly routine ;)

  Jacky and Yasmine at YogaSix were amazing! We brought a soccer team from Northern California down for a tournament and they were able to accommodate the entire team in a class day of. Highly recommend checking this place out!

  Olivia taught the best sculpt class I’ve been to yet on Friday! She kicks my butt everytime and motivates me to keep pushing through when I feel like giving up. If you want a challenging class that will make you work and leave feeling energized and feeling good this is the class!!

  Megan is without doubt one of my favorite instructors I have ever been led by. I was dropped in as I was visiting a friend. Her vibe was so welcoming & gentle. I was so challenged, but I easily saw her provide all ages and abilities with modifications to never feel like the class also fit their abilities. Her experience is obvious with how she led so many with such ease, keep doing your thing!
