  Great place! Instructors are all super nice and helpful. Very beginner friendly but still challenging for veterans. I LOVE the power flow class especially with Liv! Instructors are also very unique in their teaching styles and class direction, every class I learn something new!

  Yoga Six Bressi Ranch has a great mix of classes. Depending on my mood and what my body needs I can find a class to relax and stretch or a class that pushes me to build strength and balance. Two years in and I still feel motivated and proud that my practice keeps growing.

  This studio is great! I loved the rooms with the color changing lights that would match the intensity/style of the flow or class you were taking. Would highly recommend.

  Kate is amazing — hands down my favorite yoga instructor, and I'd follow her anywhere! She's transformed my practice: I've gained access to harder asanas and become visibly stronger and more toned, which is exactly what I want out of my practice. My only wish is that Bressi offered more of her power classes, especially outside of work hours!
