Wings Recovery offers a premier men’s residential treatment program in San Diego County, providing a safe, structured, and distraction-free environment for healing. With 24/7 clinical support, our program helps men address complex mental health and co-occurring disorders while focusing fully on recovery.
Our trauma-focused approach includes evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other proven modalities to treat conditions like trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, dissociation, and co-occurring disorders. Each client receives highly individualized care, including a minimum of four one-on-one therapy sessions per week, along with group therapy and comprehensive clinical support.
To support whole-person healing, we also offer integrative therapies such as acupuncture, fitness, and music therapy through our Rock to Recovery program.
Wings Recovery provides a full continuum of care, including Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), ensuring seamless transitions and long-term stability.
Located in North County San Diego, our men’s program combines clinical excellence with a supportive environment designed to help clients build lasting resilience and recovery.

- SSSarah Sedita1 day ago5.0My experience with Wings was through a loved one attending. The entire experience was extremely positive. The staff was super communicative and made us comfortable with the fact that we were sending our loved one across the country. I work in the recovery field and Wings exceeded any and all expectations I had. This facility treats the whole patient, I would recommend them to anyone seeking help for themselves or a loved one.
- JSJon SlesnickApr 22, 20265.0Wings is a great place to go. Their staff and therapist are amazing and really take the time to get to know you and your issues. Also, their Dietician Andrea is hands down the best Dietician I have ever worked with. I have current medical issues and because I'm in IOP I wasn't even supposed to see her, but she introduced herself to me and I told her about those conditions. Not only did she spend 2 hours talking to me but actually looked at recent blood work I had done and created a meal plan for me tailored based on my numbers including protein levels, my potassium, and about 10 other reports. I've never in my life had a dietician do that and I've met with a lot. She is a life saver and told me things I can do from a nutrition standpoint to help normalize them. She is amazing!
