I fell in love with a couple of them but couldn’t make up my mind just then. So much to consider: how to get them in your prescription, making eye appointments, and insurance questions. Aliana set me up online, put images and infos about my preferred frames, connected my information with my insurance and was able to tell me right there everything I wanted to know. No sales pressure! I didn’t buy anything that day, but returned some weeks later: eye exam, my favorite frames, insurance claims sent out straight by Aliana for me and delivery to my home set up. Cannot wait!
