Sad that the large corporations don't have any flexibility. It's all about money. If Charisse Suba OD can't wait 6 min for someone stuck in traffic, what kind of care does she possibly provide? Thank goodness I know beforehand!

My 91 yo mom’s progressive trifocal, auto-tinting uber pricey glasses suffered an injury that left them looking like a calamity of twisted metal. I brought them into the store hopeful the lenses were salvageable - I’d even purchased replacement frames. Not only were her glasses fixed within an hour, but the magician/technician was able to salvage her original frames and refund me the new frames I’d purchases. Shocked and grateful doesn’t begin to cover it. 🙌
