    I have been doing strength training at The Perfect Workout for 6weeks now and it has been amazing! I have noticed such a difference already, I feel more toned and strong, but the best part is I feel such a boost of energy like I’ve come alive again. I have noticed a major increase in my energy during the day no more brain fog. It’s hard to believe 20 minutes twice a week can make such a difference and it really does thanks to the knowledgeable trainers they have. I train mainly with Gwyneth however all the trainers are great! 10/10 Highly recommend if you are looking to improve your strength!

    If the gym overwhelms, and your time is precious this is the workout for you. Only 20 minutes out of your day and the team there does everything for you. Absolutely no excuses. The team is great! They will keep you safe and you will be strong before you know it. Trust me your body needs this.
