  This sign has been up since the fall. It makes no sense to jab at the yummy breakfast place when there are 5 gyms in the plaza you’re more directly competing with.

  I came in here expecting a basic stretch and left with incredible results. I am already fit/active and do yoga & deep stretching, but I was still having increased pain and tension in my joints just from time and usage. I was starting to get worried it might be degenerative, but after a gentle assisted session, it was completely gone. The technique was gentle yet powerful and really gave me hope and an expanded perspective, not only on the TYPE of work our bodies need to stay mobile & healthy over time, but on how SIMPLE that work can be. I left feeling not only at peace about my body, but also open-minded towards other areas in my life. What else is possible in my life? If this was such an easy solution for my chronic pain, maybe there are simple solutions to other problems I’m facing. I left feeling more confident that I will carve those paths in my life, and that those paths don’t always have to be such a difficult struggle. That’s the effect of deep nervous system regulation and somatic release - it opens up your body AND your mind to new pathways & new possibilities. I definitely will gift sessions to my loved ones to show them that healing is not only possible, but simple and accessible.

  I have for stretches in advance ($600-$700). Have been attending for the last 3 months. It has been confirmed recently that the Carlsbad, Calle Barcelona location has declared bankruptcy. I have attempted to contact the manager who is no longer employed and has offered limited resolution. I also made quite a few attempts to contact Stretch Lab corporate office in CA, left a multitude of messages that have not been returned. I also under the impression that this owner owns SL in Beverly Hills and Studio City. I looking for resolution of either a refund or a credit in a Carlsbad location. Unfortunately, all efforts have met with no response. I am now told that each location is a separate owner and won't honor sessions. BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

  The stretch lab in Carlsbad Ca helped me tremendously. I went from almost giving up golf to playing 18 holes without pain. Even the simple things in life like picking up things to climbing into bleachers are now easier. I am 74 and am more flexible now than the last 10 years. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I believe everyone would benefit from their skills. If there was a 6star rating I would give them a 6.
