  John - the owner of this weird place applied to get a loan despite the fact that his FICO is at 425. Because I have years of experience and the connections, not to mention this is literally my passion and I am good at it, I am able to find a short term option thats better than his current position. John goes on to ghosting me and he cites a missed phone call goes on to give me advice on how i should conduct my business. Id stay far away from him and ladies, do not let this guy assist in any of your sessions cause some of what he said on the phone was gross. he doesnt seem to have basic respect for women at any level. This man will be getting served and he deserves to be. John - do you wish to say otherwise?

  You’ve got to try this place, thank me later…When you walk in you’re greeted by professional staff who take pride in their work and all seem happy to be there. They are also super knowledgeable about the body’s anatomy and check in with you in the beginning about what muscles or areas are causing you the most pain or stress. The space itself is comfortable and there’s plenty of cubbies at the end of the table to place your things. I recommend wearing or bringing socks but they have socks there if you forget to wear some. The stretching session itself isn’t just relaxing and helping your muscles, it feels like a nervous system reset. You’ll walk out of there feeling lighter and clearer than when you arrived. And after the session finishes they also give you personalized recommendations for stretches you can do at home. Before I started going a couple months ago, my shoulders and neck had become tight and stuck due to chronic stress and overworking myself. So grateful I was recommended to go to this location because they’ve totally turned things around for me and now I can clasp my hands behind my back again! (photo included for proof) They’re also located across the parking lot from Pure Green so you can grab an açaí bowl, smoothie or fresh juice after your stretching session. Will return and highly recommend for anyone interested taking better care of themselves.

  This sign has been up since the fall. It makes no sense to jab at the yummy breakfast place when there are 5 gyms in the plaza you’re more directly competing with.

  The stretch lab in Carlsbad Ca helped me tremendously. I went from almost giving up golf to playing 18 holes without pain. Even the simple things in life like picking up things to climbing into bleachers are now easier. I am 74 and am more flexible now than the last 10 years. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I believe everyone would benefit from their skills. If there was a 6star rating I would give them a 6.
