- AZAranza ZuñigaApr 18, 20264.0The classes were excellent, the teachers were great, and honestly, I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this place. The only downside I should mention is the receptionist who is usually there Monday through Friday mornings—her attitude is not at all helpful. On one occasion, the app showed different times, and when I arrived, the classes had already started. When I explained the situation to her, she got upset and told me I should know that the classes always had the same schedule (it was my second class). Similarly, on another occasion, I arrived five minutes late, and she told me I couldn’t join the class, even though she knew there’s a 5-minute grace period. When I pointed out that I was still within the allotted time, she pretended not to understand me (it’s worth noting that I have a strong accent). Anyway, that was what ultimately pushed me to cancel my membership early—even though I had to pay the early cancellation fee. Customer service is incredibly valuable, and unfortunately, that’s something I didn’t experience with her

Krisi’s class was so good, the perfect blend of grounding and spicy, and she brought such great energy. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can tell it’s a tight knit community with an amazing vibe. I’d love to come back the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend this studio!
