  Katy upgraded my new aids to where conversations and music were discernable...finally! The most amazing part was that the other day while working next to our house I heard what sounded like a high-pitched noise coming from the crawlspace. Upon entering I was shocked to find a pinhole leak in a copper water pipe spewing a fine jet. Repair was made thankfully in time. BUT...without the new programming of my hearing aids I would never have been able to hear the leak. Crazy but true. Thank you Katy, you're the best!

  I recently had a hearing aid failure. I went to AudioNova in Carlsbad for help. Even though I was from out of town, and they didn’t handle my brand of hearing aid, they were able to fix it. They were very pleasant and professional. Ken Vineyard St. Clair Michigan
