  I recently had a hearing aid failure. I went to AudioNova in Carlsbad for help. Even though I was from out of town, and they didn’t handle my brand of hearing aid, they were able to fix it. They were very pleasant and professional. Ken Vineyard St. Clair Michigan

  Without a doubt go to this place of healing. My audiology expert (Alex) was professional, kind and compassionate towards my hearing loss. If you are struggling with hearing loss don’t delay and seek help from Audio Nova!

  I'm 88. Over the decades, countless people have aided me when shopping for various personal devices. Alex Sanche of AudioNova in Carlsbad stands out above that crowd. He knows the isolation I faced with one dead ear and the other at 58%. He sold me the top of the line unit which as helpful yet not great. He patiently made adjustments each time I stopped by. After some complications, he guided me toward a workable solution which was novel for me. Not for Alex.. The thing is, he patiently and diligently stayed with me, listening and testing alternatives. With his unhurried manner, he's putting me back into the world of intimate conversations, even in a crowd. My sense of isolation is dissolving for which I'm so grateful.
