- SSSally SmithJul 28, 20265.0I purchased an outdoor stairlift from 101 Mobility in December of 2021. The installation & use of the lift were very satisfactory. Recently, I decided to clean up the lift that had been sitting unused four years, since the passing of the person for whom it was originally needed. It wouldn't move so I called 101 Mobility for service. After thoroughy checking out the unit, the tecnician confirmed both internal batteries were dead from lack of use. I was unaware the lift should be activated at least weekly to keep the batteries charged. Both batteries were replaced and the lift seemed to be fine. About a week later the lift again wasn't starting and a second service call diagnosed a bad charger. The charger was replaced and now the unit works perfectly. Throughout the entire process the personnel from 101 Mobility were helpful, professional and competent. I can recommend without reservation the services and products that I have experienced from this company.

Once it was installed they showed me how to operate the lift and proceeded to explain it again to my wife, since she wasn’t present for the initial demonstration..
