  Thanks to friendly Greg and Petrick who did a great job installing our Flow X stair lift! Petrick explained in detail how to operate the lift properly. Thanks also to Ben, the owner, for helping us with all our questions, and always friendly and prompt to assist us, very detailed work! Thanks Cammelle for all your help as well during this process. Ben, your Team rocks! Thank you!!

  101 Mobility treated me with kindness and really helped me through the process. It took over two years for me to make a decision between three different stairlift lift companies. I went and looked at the stairlifts in person as well as online videos. I chose 101 Mobility because of there kindness, patients and willingness to help with through a very challenging time in my life having to make serious health decisions. Cammelle and Ben showed me and my family compassion and lots of understanding and patients. The staff Scott, Patrick and Greg who came to our home for the install were so kind, patient and so knowledgeable about the product and what they were doing. Greg was so soft spoken and kind and Patrick was so kind and funny. Between the two of them they made this experience go so smoothly. I would recommend 101 Mobility and their staff without any reservations. It is so nice to know that there are still kind and caring people out there in this world that can make a tough decision easier with the kindness and respect that they have shown myself and family. Thank you 😊

  I was so confused and couldn’t find a solution to help my 88 years old Mother to be able to go upstairs since she has mobility issues. Thanks God that I found “ 101 Mobility “ in Carlsbad. What a pleasant experience from beginning to the end when doing business with “101 Mobility “ . “ Ben “ is nice , friendly and he gave us a great price for the “ Flow X” model stairlift . I enjoyed talking with “ Cammelle “ for appointments and scheduling , she is happy , so easy to communicate with and very understanding. “ Greg “ and “ Petrick “ were our technicians who installed the stair lift . They both professional, highly skilled, and friendly as well ! The installation took only a few hours and quite pleasant . I am very happy with the whole process and I sincerely thank you “ 101 Mobility “ team for your great services : Ben , Petrick , Greg , and Cammelle for making this happens for my Mother to be able to gain her independence again .   101 Mobility was great to work with from beginning to end. Scott came out to the house, explained all of options and got us a quote the next day. Cammelle handled scheduling and billing, it was so easy. Steven and Mickey came to the house, installed the lifts, were very professional and considerate. The work area was very clean and their workmanship is top notch.
