  I want to give a special shout-out to Reece at the Westfield Topanga LensCrafters. She mentioned that she’s only working at this location temporarily, but she made a huge impact on my experience today. From the moment we walked in, Reece greeted us warmly, and I immediately felt like she was someone who genuinely cared about helping us. I asked her to help me find a pair of glasses for my partner within a specific price range, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly where to direct us. When I asked for her opinion on which pair to choose, she patiently took the time to go through the different options with us, carefully explaining the pros and cons until we found the perfect pair. Even afterward, when we sat down to go over pricing and the different options available, she continued to be extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. Her customer service genuinely made my day. I’ve visited this particular location before and haven't always been blown away by the customer service, but Reece completely changed my experience. She has a natural ability to brighten the room, and you can tell that she brings positive energy, morale, and productivity wherever she works. This review is really about Reece—not LensCrafters as a whole. I sincerely hope her managers recognize her incredible work ethic, patience, and dedication to providing stellar customer service. Employees like Reece are exactly the kind of people who make customers want to come back.

  After six years as a LensCrafters customer and not always having the best experiences, Auri at the Westfield Topanga location completely changed my impression. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, especially with my progressive lenses, which require extra care and attention. This was by far my best experience at LensCrafters. I hope management recognizes employees like Auri and gives them opportunities to grow and even help train others.

  Nelly and Siri and Austin amazing help they fixed my glasses quick they were amazing help and they had the best customer service I recommend anyone who needs eyes glasses or a repair please ask for them thank you for the hospitality and service

  This is my first visit, Dr. J P, she is very nice and professional, explaining with patience. They are really busy today, but she takes her tome to explain to me. The intake assistance manager Austin, is also very friendly and nice to help me sign in and getting my glasses (& sunglasses) he recommended me to try as possible as I want.( Despite they are really busy )I feel bad for the intake team, why they need to stand, why can't their owner provide a chair, so that they can be as professional as other medical front desk. And it's good for their knee and feet. The other gentle man who helped me for my eye exam, sorry, don't know his name, but he is also very nice, he also warned me to sit carefully. Overall, this is a 10/10 satisfaction visit.
