  I love the quality of LensCrafters and always buy my glasses here. I only have this particular experience an 8 out of 10 bc I entered, looked around for a few minutes, got my own box and started picking out options. It was a good 20+min before anyone came to ask me if I needed help. Of course, it was the mngr.

  LensCrafters @ Topanga Mall for all of my vision needs is outstanding. Dr. Mirza was just as awesome as Optician Greeting Counselor, Jeremy had indicated he would be. Thanks go out to Topanga LensCrafters hiring team for finding Jeremy, who also was there when I picked up both sets of my glasses. Jeremy's customer service is Lights Out! He seamlessly orchestrated a consultation with me for a new optometrist, insurance claims, selection, will call, fitting sets of glasses (et al). He realized I was looking for and needed a renewed sense of security and immediately recommended Dr Mirza. He scheduled the appointment. Day of the appointment, Jeremy checked me in. Spot on. Dr Mirza Rocks! The AV Mall LensCrafters I used last year was too far to travel to to claim my insurance on those lenses. Jeremy's like. "No Problem" we can get you for the swap out, here". He put in my claim. He did all my pre testing. After the exam, spent extra time helping me select Oakley's. When the frames I wanted were unable work with my prescription he didn't give up and found a way to make them work. Ordered them. Jeremy, Fitted me for both sets when I returned. Seamlessly Satisfying Customers.

  I walked into the store ready to buy glasses and set up an eye exam, and what I got instead was outrageous. The front desk attendant was flat-out rude and dismissive, telling me there were no appointments available that day. The worst part? The doctor was right there in the front, laughing and chatting with friends the entire time I was in the store! And still, the attendant didn’t even schedule my appointment. If I hadn’t called ahead to double-check the day my appointment was supposedly scheduled, I never would’ve known the appointment wasn’t scheduled at all. I had to go to another lens crafter just to get a simple eye exam. When I came back to the original store to buy glasses, the employees treated me the same way completely disrespectful, acting like I didn’t belong there, and dismissing me as if my business didn’t matter. This is unacceptable, and I am furious. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with corporate because this level of rudeness and incompetence is beyond frustrating!

  Jeremy and Nelly were so helpful! Even gave me a refund that I didn’t realize I was entitled to. Love LC’s service and selection.

  Nelly and the staff at this Lenscrafters have gone above and beyond to make my experience superb and memorable. I would definitely recommend coming here for glasses.
