I'm going on vacation tomorrow, wanted to order some contacts, but I can't do that because my prescription isn't finalized, whatever the hell that means, and they won't even give me a trial pair just so I can have some contacts that aren't all scratchy for my vacation. They want more money from me for another exam less than one year after I got one from them! Why would I ever come back to this location when they've so clearly told me that customer service is not a priority for them? Only my money is.
