Retinal Diagnostic Center was founded in 1980 as a retina specialist center devoted to the care and treatment of patients. Our physicians are board certified in Ophthalmology with advanced fellowship training in diseases and surgery of the retina and the vitreous. Our doctors diagnose and treat all vitreo-retinal conditions using the newest techniques and state-of-the-art equipment. Conditions we treat include diabetic & vascular retinopathy, diabetic macular edema, macular degeneration, degenerative myopia, retinal detachments, retinal holes, as well as many other less common retinal conditions.

- DSDaniel SicotteJun 16, 20265.0Doctor Clement Chow has recently treated me for Retinal Detachment, so I have a fair bit of recent experiences. Let me start off by saying, that Doctor Chow is very nice, easy going, and he is extremely competent in this abilities. He has the latest technology, he has multiple offices, and all of my interactions with him have been very positive. He is very firmly in command in the operating room, I was always extremely comfortable with his technical abilities, attention to detail, and professionalism. He is hands down, a great Doctor, and fantastic at what he does. I would imagine he was at the top of his class(s), I would bet money on that. I always felt comfortable with Dr Chow right from the beginning, and that feeling was only reinforced stronger with each visit. His office staff are nothing but the best, very professional, kind, attentive and everyone I met and interacted with was always great! I highly recommend Dr. Clement Chow, and the Retinal Diagnostic Center!
