  Dr. Ramos and Rene were awesome in both customer service and care. My intake was quick and easy and my exam was done with such care. They were able to get the right info and contacts I needed. I’m definitely coming back here. Please give them the recognition they deserve!

  Im a regular guest here and a lot of these reviews are just untrue or some just made up. We don’t turn any appointments away. Also some guests say they have spoken to someone and that person was just not there. They get a lot of great 5 stars. The people that come on here to comment , well. Just untrue. Feel bad for the complainers.

  Camarillo Target Optical is definitely the place to go to get your glasses and contacts. And when you are there, ask for Joseph. He was really patient and helpful throughout my experience. Thank you Joseph!

  The optical Manager is very unprofessional incompetent and rude… When I purchased my glasses back in August 2024, he did not calculate the formulas correctly nor did he perform the measurement correctly causing my glasses to be inaccurate and unusable… I took them back to get them corrected but when I got them back the second time they still were incorrect. I wasn’t a real fan of the frame and the temples pressed real hard against my head giving me headaches, when I loosen them up they would fall off. I ended up losing these glasses. Going back to August 2024 the second pair that I purchased was not a good fit for my face… The manager upsold me the insurance and when I said is this the same as the sun love that Sunglass hut offers he said yes, as I know that sunglasses hut owns target optical… However the policies for sun-love insurance and the target optical insurance are different which he failed disclose, when I went to use my insurance he said it wasn’t like the sun love insurance that is offered at Sunglass hut I told him that I specifically asked if it was like sun love and he said yes and he lied just so he could achieve his KPI’s and make his commission… Anyways the manager started being rude and condescending towards me and I really wanted to tell him off, but I wanted him to help me and get my way so I just took it. I get a call two weeks later only to be told that they ordered the incorrect lenses so I had to wait another week and a half to get my glasses… I go to pick up my glasses and I can not see out of them, I told the optician and again him being rude and condescending says that’s your prescription you’re the one that said yes and no to the 1 and 2, I told him I can’t see he then says put them on tomorrow and they will work, well here we are it’s tomorrow and I’ve been wearing them all day for the past 10 hours and I seriously cant can’t see, I would go back but this guy is an idiot and just doesn’t get it so I’m going to go to another eye doctor get my eyes rechecked and get the proper prescription and hopefully the optician will input the correct formulas and measurements… Until then I will be wearing my glasses from 4 years ago with a different prescription where I can actually see clear…
