Im a regular guest here and a lot of these reviews are just untrue or some just made up. We don’t turn any appointments away. Also some guests say they have spoken to someone and that person was just not there. They get a lot of great 5 stars. The people that come on here to comment , well. Just untrue. Feel bad for the complainers.

This target Optical is horrible and the boy working today 2/9/26 is rude, terrible & should learn to have better customer service skills. My mother and two sisters went in for their separate appointments where my mom was first where she showed up late and understood to reschedule her appointment but the guy declined to see my other two sisters who are separate patients with their own appointments scheduled after, who showed up on time. The man did not want to see them even tho they were both on time and my mother had accepted she was late to her appointment as long as my sisters were on time with their appointments scheduled after her. He declined to see all 3 with separate appointment times.

I wanted a glasses adjustment, but the person working there was super not careful. she manhandled my glasses to adjust the nose grips and they looked like the glasses were going to come apart

Went in Feb 2023, asked if they wanted to ship my contacts to the store or to my residence. I explained my residence to the gentleman that was assisting me. He confirmed my address, then I left. March 2 I get a voicemail from Carmen saying my contacts are there at their office. I called Carmen back the same day and spoke directly to her. Explained that these contacts were supposed to be delivered to my home. She confirms my address AGAIN and then 10 days lapse. March 12 we leave a voicemail before the optical department opens, no call back. Shortly after they open, I send my husband to their store, and he speaks with a different gentleman who finds my contacts where? You guessed it, at their office, never mailed, not by two separate employees, at two separate intervals. Not bringing my business back here. Get your representatives together please and do better. Unacceptable, bottom tier custom service.
