  I have been going to Stretch Lab since October and seeing Colin. I'm impressed by his attention to my specific issues with a bulging disc and bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. He's very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. In fact the whole team are friendly and the gaff is clean and welcoming.

  My flex guy, Brian, is always on time. I like how he uses different stretches, not always the same ones. I always feel better when I leave. The place is always clean.

  I started StretchLab at the end of February 2025. I had a long year of my left leg bleeding internally. 5 ambulance ride to emergency (I understand now all orthopedic doctors do not know how to aspirate blood from your leg), on each aspiration, the blood would fill 2-3 large syringe tubes. 3 different hospitals. 13 doctors in the field of orthopedics and vascular—8 long days in the hospital for a procedure that did not work. Unfortunately, I spent this past year sitting in my chair or lying in bed, just hoping it’s not the day that my leg will start bleeding again. Unfortunately, that’s how it was for me; no matter what I did, my leg just filled with blood. It was the most god-awful pain. Thank God I found my vascular doctor in Tarzana, Dr.LaLa. Dr.Lala did a procedure to stop the bleeding, and it worked. That was the end of November. Still having some procedures done on my veins. After a long story, I had difficulty moving until I found the stretch lab in February. When I arrived, I could hardly move, sometimes I still needed crutches, and my cane. Yes, I had a physical therapist, but they do not teach you how to stretch and move after a year of being down. Today, four months later, I'm moving with Stretchlab. I'm back to walking my old routine. We went on a vacation. I know I couldn't have done it by myself. Tomorrow marks one year of a horrible year. I'm thankful I found Stretchlab. I found the most compassionate, knowledgeable people who are helping me get back to normal. My 60-year-old normal. I didn't think I would ever get back to moving or walking. I'm Thankful. I'm looking forward to many more years of moving. Thank you, Tandi

  Highly Recommend!(: I’m a very active person and sometimes I get lazy to stretch just on my own. I can’t wait for Stretch Lab to open. The staff are very knowledgeable about every movement they perform on each client. The owner Lauren is incredibly (: I have nothing but great things to say about her, she’s knowledgeable and wants nothing but the best for the community
