We looked around and had a general question about glasses and tapped the shoulder of the closest employee. Turns out we inadvertently tapped the manager of the store! Mr. Vereen was everything one hopes for when you think of excellent customer service. Knowledgeable, respectful, great listener and answered every question we had. And not to sound to “California woo woo” but he had the most positive upbeat energy that seriously made us want to invite him out for a beer! What he didn’t do, was hand us off to one of his employees. He stuck with us for quite a while and showed excessive patience. We didn’t buy anything that day but we got fantastic information, a great feeling of being heard and we would direct anyone looking for glasses to walk into Mr. Vereen’s store on Burlingame Avenue. You’ll be so happy you did!
