  I care for 89yo elderly parents with mobility issues. I salute 101 MOBILITY of San Mateo for same day service! They had the part for mother's chairlift and replaced it same day. Thank God ☺️. I have peace of mind that my elderly parents are safe with the chairlift fully operational.

  We finally came to the conclusion that for us to 'age in place' we needed to have a stairlift. I chose this company because they were a family-owned operation, and, it turns out, I made a good choice. The owners, Eddie (Fouad) and Shereen, and later, a new hire, Nick, were immediately responsive to my initial enquiries, right through to installation and follow-up. They gave me a timeline, and this timeline was kept. The installation went well, and the installers, Emmanuel and Raul were friendly and cheerful. (Fun aside: After the work had finished, we were chatting a bit, and Emmanuel saw the wall-hanging we had of Kukulcan, the Mayan God - and suddenly I was learning stuff I never knew - Emmanuel was telling me things about it and pointing things out that I had never noticed in 30 years of looking at it!) Anyway, back to the issue at hand. We are delighted with our stairlift! My husband uses is out of necessity and I use it for convenience - hauling heavy groceries, laundry baskets, etc. - and it's kinda fun! I heartily recommend this company to anyone considering installing a stairlift.

  My wife desperately needed a chairlift because she couldn’t climb the stairs. 101 Mobility provided the perfect solution. Fouad gave us alternatives in a professional and highly pleasant manner. I like that the company is locally owned and provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  I had two stair chairs installed by this company approximately 3 years ago. I could not be more pleased with both their products and their professionalism. When I have required their service they have been both quick to respond and have resolved my issue right away. Could not say enough good things about this company. Call Eddie the owner you won’t be disappointed.
