It was easy to get an appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was professional and courteous. I will go back.

Thank you Jackie so much!!!! She kindly fixed all the sunglasses i've had sitting around that have been too crooked for me to wear for years. So helpful & informative and sweet! I've been looking for someone to get my sunglasses fitted to my face (some were too crooked some too big) and she addressed all my concerns and i'm so happy! Thank you!

The lowest quality lenses possible. I don't think the prescription was accurate. I bought replacement glasses that actually worked somewhere else. Nickel and dimed everything. They even charged for cleaner. I bought too expensive pairs. They gave me a case that scratched my glasses. Other than nice staff, the product is garbage. For a few dollars more, go to a local eyeglass place and the quality will be night and day. LensCrafters makes glasses that last a year. Such junk.

I want to highlight the exceptional service I’ve consistently received from Rene at the Burbank LensCrafters. Over three visits, Rene has demonstrated nothing but professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He listens attentively, ensures every detail is handled, and makes the entire process seamless. Unfortunately, I had a troubling experience at the Glendale location, where the manager, Sonia, was not only rude but dismissive toward me and my sister. It was enough to make me choose never to return there. However, going back to Burbank, Rene once again turned everything around. His consistent excellence, professionalism, and respectful approach are why I trust this location. If you’re looking for outstanding customer care, Rene is the person to see. He represents the best of what customer service should be.

Michael was awesome! I really wanted a specific pair of glasses but they didn't fit me right and I was told at another location that those specific glasses were not adjustable. He quickly assured me that they would be able to adjust them for me with no issues, which made me sooo happy because I really wanted that specific pair. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service here. 11/10 rating!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
