But with a smile and about 4 different pliers she sat with me and made tiny adjustments over 20 minutes that fixed my glasses. Definitely recommend this friendly team and great store with an expansive selection.

I had gone to two stores to try to fix my Ray-bands that had lost one of the small minute screws to hold the arms on. I took a chance and from the minute I walked in, they treated me like royalty. I asked if she could possibly help me, and without any hesitation says I might not have the perfect screw, but I can fix it. She did, she even cut the bottom of the screw off so that it looked natural, then she cleaned the lenses to complete her service. I offered to give her a tip because I was so thankful, as that was the third place I went to fix these glasses she was too kind to accept, so I wanted to reach out and tell others that it’s even the simple things in life that really show great humanity. They were so patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. I had no experience putting in contact lenses, but they took the time to walk me through everything. Within an hour, I went from barely being able to see to walking out with clear vision again! I genuinely can’t thank them enough.
