It was my first time practicing Pilates with equipment and I was very nervous. But in the middle of the session as I was coaxing my legs to stretch further under the very caring, patient and watchful eye of Mary Ann, I said to myself: "Ahhhh, yes, I made a great choice in signing up!" Everyone, the staff and other exercisers, were so warm and friendly. In fact, an exerciser from a previous class took me aside to personally welcome me to the Club. That has never happened before in my entire life of attending fitness gyms! How refreshing...I'm soooo in!

Loved the instructor in how she broke things down to educate us. I like understanding how things work and hearing the details, so appreciated the new information. Also, loved learning that the instructor started Pilates to strengthen her core to stop her back pain and the classes did help her so much so it became her passion to share Pilates with others. It was my very first Pilates class, and left understanding its benefits.
