She made me feel completely comfortable right from the start. I had a lot of questions, and she was patient enough to slow everything down and make sure I understood each movement before moving on. The rest of the staff was just as kind and welcoming. It's clear everyone genuinely cares about making new members feel at ease. I'm looking forward to coming back and continuing my pilates journey here. Highly recommend to anyone who's nervous about trying pilates for the first time!
