  I have been using Comfort Keepers in Buena Park for more than a year on an as needed basis. Their coordinators and schedulers are awesome and are on top of every situation. One case that I have a confirmed appointment with my doctor and a last minute situation came up from the caregiver who supposed to drive me was unable to make it due to family emergency. The coordinator called me right away to inform that my expected caregiver will not make it but will send another “reliable caregiver”, the way she describes it. I am a little bit hesitant and got upset to accept a replacement provider since the caregiver whom I requested prior my doctors appointment knows or is somewhat very familiar of the medical clinic as well as to multiple errand locations after my appointment. I can’t afford to miss and skip my important doctor appointment. I am partly physically incapacitated that need to bring a wheelchair so the caregiver can wheel me around the hospital’s medical building (2nd floor). Nevertheless, I accepted the replacement. The service on that day turns out to be smooth and the caregiver who drove me around and assisted for the entire shift was very gentle and respectful. Likewise, I had a great and safe ride and we use the Caregiver’s Compact SUV car. This gives me enough space for my legs in pain. I think, this agency is doing the right business in the community!

  Comfort Keepers has been a God send for my Aunt who is suffering with Dementia. They are always so wonderful and work around our schedules. Aurora is so wonderful to work with for scheduling and the caregivers are very helpful and caring. So thankful for all they do.

  My family joins me in expressing gratitude for the excellent care provided by Comfort Keepers. For over two and a half years, a caring and skilled care-giver has come to my home three times a week to help with personal care, meals, laundry, transportation as needed and much more. Because of her care, I am able to remain in my home for which I am so very grateful.

  I had the pleasure of working with Aurora to set up a caregiver to help my brother go to a doctor’s appointment and spend some time with him. My brother couldn’t have been in better hands. He had the pleasure of being with Ash an amazing gentleman who was so kind and my brother was so happy and so appreciated Ash and his help that day. Ash also had me on speaker at the doctor’s office so that I could be thoroughly informed with the appointment and the procedure that my brother had to have. I am so grateful for Comfort Keepers. It truly helped me feel so at ease knowing that my brother could get to an appointment and be taken care of while I was in a totally different state. I am forever grateful.This agency is beyond incredible and I am so thankful that I found them.
