  I just moved to Brea and switched from the Rosemead UFC, the gym, sauna and the equipment are awesome! I gave two stars because this is the most unwelcoming gym I’ve ever trained at. From the front desk to the trainers and even the other members.. everywhere I go I feel like I’m somewhere I don’t belong. Every time I raise my head someone is looking at me like I stole something, I understand I have tattoos and train hard! But it’s a gym for conditioning and combat sports! Maybe I’m just being sensitive but when the front desk staff can’t be bothered to even say hello I know I’m not wrong. I’ve been training Muay Thai for over ten years and I’ve been to many gyms, this is by far the most unfriendly place I’ve ever trained at. I believe cultivating a friendly environment is as important as looking cute or socializing.. 👎 I’m pretty disappointed, hope this helps.

  I Heart the Stair Master, it's a perfect Strong Size, (Just like Yours Truly) The weights are surprisingly always put away during the Day. But in the Early Morning, I always have an extra workout putting the Plates Back. It's Always Clean and the Customer Service feels like a Movie theater when you walk in. It's built like a 2 Story Mall, and of Course a badass looking UFC Cage to spar in and workout some one on One sessions. The classes are high pace but the coaches work with you if you're not able to keep up. "Everyone starts somewhere." And I Love, Love the recovery Room. It's a easy 10 out of 10. The Sauna is somehow always on Point with THE HEAT as well.

  Been a member for over a month now. Consistently professional staff with eye contact greetings & even a smile at check in. Erik, at sales, is high energy that matches well with my intention for each session. Ray, my son’s personal trainer, has a ridiculously vast knowledge of proper strengthening techniques to build him into a stronger aspiring HS athlete. Ray’s personal experience within the competitive realm ranging from BJJ & MMA to Boxing & Muy Thai makes each training session that much more substantial. I’m reassured that my son is in good hands. But what makes each session worth my son’s while is the spirit of personal human connection that’s made through the grueling sets. With the constant chaos of competition that Life throws at today’s younger generation, Ray is personable and puts him at ease so he can lock in on his own goals…which is a breath of fresh air as a parent. I’m grateful for this UFC Gym & the staff that gives it the Heart & Soul.
