Pilates Studio
We are open seven days a week, Monday through Sunday. Morning classes are offered from 6:30 AM through noon. From 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the studio is closed to accommodate private sessions. Evening classes resume from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
