This was my first visit today and Alicia did a wonderful job on stretching me out and leaving a lot of neck pain. My hips felt so much better to walk after my visit. I look forward to the next visit.

Savannah was great. Listened well to what my body and I was telling her. Great session. Anxious for the next one.

Great facility to get assisted stretching. Realized my hamstrings and glutes are super tight. Front desk was super friendly and Milton was great in explaining all the stretches and providing client centered care. Definitely returning to continue to improve my flexibility and posture.

He was very good about asking me questions about whether the pressure was too much or not enough and if I felt I was getting a good enough stretch.

Had a demo stretch with Lana and really enjoyed it. She was very professional and knowledgeable about my problem areas.
