- AMAmeli MVJun 27, 20261.0I tried out a class here and was led by a very cold instructor. She seemed like she did not want to be there & was bothered by me. Corrections were very minimal and vague. This was my first ever group class so some more guidance and corrections would have helped. And it was extremely difficult to understand what ahe was saying through the mic. Almost impossible at most times to understand. Once finished she ushered me to the front desk to immediately be pressured into signing up for a membership, and the most expensive one. I was unsure still, plus this location is inconveniently far from my home so I wanted some time to think over it. I was pressured to join, and even when I mentioned i’d be on vacation for 3 weeks & would want to sign up once i was back since it’d be pointless to sign up before leaving, they pressured for my credit card information claiming they would start my membership on the date I was back. The manager had this very fake tone to her which i didnt appreciate nor did it make me want to sign up for a membership with that kind of environment- first very cold and unkind instructor & a very forced fake kind toned manager. No thanks. Had to block their number because they kept calling me. Also very overpriced to be on the floor. More expensive than studios that use expensive machines. At pure barre you are on the ground and use what a ball and some weight? The membership shouldn’t be that expensive when it costs so little ro run.
- DMDaniela MooreMay 19, 20265.0Even tho I read bad reviews of Pure Barre Brea on Yelp, I decided to try them and I'm not regretting. I'm on my class 40th and I'm a stronger and happier person. I recommend it 100% I already brought my sister and 3 friends. We love it!
