  Back in December 2025 I made an appointment because, to be honest, I was offered a $50.00 Amazon Gift Card if I came in during my birth month and it was discovered I had a hearing loss. Well, I went in accompanied by my daughter on December 26 at 9AM. Did the testing, etc. Turned out I do have a hearing loss. Technician was very thorough and informative. Have no complaints there. When we left I asked about the gift card and was told I would probably hear from them within a few days. Well, guess what it is now almost June and haven't heard a thing from them regarding the card. Just curious as to what happened.

  I am indeed very grateful for my appointment with the audiologist Johnny. He is very detailed. He explains everything before the hearing test started. He was very patient, kind, gracious and super detailed. He did a hearing test, after the test was done he explained to me the outcome, he said my hearing was within normal limits but he rescheduled me for a yearly test to keep it checked. I am also grateful that he heard the problems of an 80 year old patient like me. God bless him. He is a very good listener and he truly cares. Hopefully people appreciate him because he deserves all the praise for his pleasantness.

  Johnny spoke incredible Spanish for someone that isn’t of a Latin background and I really felt my mom was in great hands when I see healthcare providers go the extra mile and learn a language just because of their patients. Thank you Johnny and Anna. Loved your cookies as well.
